PURPOSE:To improve the dustproof function by covering a lens with a cover during nonuse of a disk and also a disk inserting hole and even the whole device with a filter, cleaning the surface of the lens for a fixed period automatically with a brush and opening a lid after cutting off a laser switch in the case of manual dust removal. CONSTITUTION:In order to make the positive dustproof, the lens 1 is covered with a cover 4 in a retreating position of a pickup part, and an opening part is covered with a spongy filter 10, while the disk inserting hole with a lid 7 equipped with a porous material around itself. In terms of the automatic function, after a certain period of time, the lens 1 of a pickup is positioned to the tip of the brush 34 engaged with a case 12 for housing the disk and then slid. In addition, in terms of a built-in type operation for manual handling, the lid that is slid to open and close is provided on the top surface, and a key top of an on/off switch for laser irradiation is engaged with this lid, whereas for a stand-alone device, a hole part is covered with a lid surrounded by a viscoelastic substance in its whole circumference and capable of turning right and left, and the lid is fixed to the top surface with screws. By this method, the dustproof, dust removal and heat radiation positively are performed. |
