PURPOSE:To avoid wrong dialing and to attain clear accounting by allowing the system to receive a dial number comprising a subscriber number provided to a mobile body terminal in addition to a password and connecting the mobile body terminal only when the password is coincident with the password registered in advance. CONSTITUTION:A mobile body terminal 1 is provided with a password collation section 20, which rings a call signal when a password received at the call is coincident with a password registered in advance and prepared the reply of a reply signal and returns a noncoincidence signal when they are noncoincident. Thus, in the case of a call to the mobile body terminal 1 and of receiving a password during registration corresponding to a subscriber number, the mobile body terminal 1 is called by ringing of the call signal and at least one of charge collection and charge summing is implemented for the charging of the call depending on the subscriber number and the password.
