<p>PURPOSE:To produce metal composite laminated sheet, the dimensional accuracy of which is satisfactory and in the peripheral part of which has no bubble contained and consequently which is excellent in strength by a method wherein electrical insulating prepreg layer is provided in advance on both the sides and outer peripheral part of metal plate and metal foil is provided on the outermost face of at least one side of the metal plate and finally the resultant assembly is pressed under heat with hot plates. CONSTITUTION:Electrical insulating prepreg layer 2 is arranged on both the front and rear sides of metal plate 1 so as to sandwich the metal plate 1 between the layers. In addition, electrical insulating prepreg layer 21 is arranged at the outer peripheral part of the metal plate 1 so as to be interposed between the electrical insulating prepreg layers 2 provided on both the sides of the metal plate 1. Further, metal foil is arranged on the outermost face of at least one side of the metal plate assembly. As the metal foil, for example, copper foil 4, on which adhesive 3 is provided, can be used. The assembly constituted as described above is inserted between hot plates 5 so as to be pressed under heat with said hot plates 5, resulting in covering the outer peripheral part of the metal plate 1 by the electrical insulating prepreg layers 21 and integrating the layers 21 with the electrical insulating prepreg layers 2 on both the sides of the metal plate 1.</p> |
