<p>PURPOSE:To improve gas tightness and insulation performance and to simplify the structure by realizing gas seal and insulation against a metallic container, of a movable ground chip, through a seal flange composed of an insulator and containing parts in an open/close mechanism case. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 3 is arranged in a metallic container 1, where a fixed contactor 4 is arranged on the conductor 3 and a movable contactor 5 is arranged on the metallic container 1. The movable contactor 5 is led out from the metallic container 1 while being insulated against the metallic container 1 and a seal flange 20 then the movable contactor 5 is inserted into a current collector 6. The seal flange 20 is composed of an insulator. A mechanism box 8 is arranged at the outside of the metallic container 1 and atmospheric pressure is provided in the mechanism box 8. Base end section of the movable contactor 5 is inserted through the seal section 19 of the seal flange 20 into the mechanism box 8 and coupled with the open/close mechanism section B contained in the mechanism box 8. The current collector 6 is supported on the seal flange 20 and a ground board 13 is connected to the side face of the mechanism box 8.</p> |
