PURPOSE:To easily and securely attain toner sealing by sticking a seal member along an object surface after folding the sealing member in a direction crossing the weaving direction of rings of velvet cloth constituting the sealing member. CONSTITUTION:The velvet cloth 20 is woven by running a pile consisting of many thin threads between lateral threads 22 or 23 in the same direction with warps 21 at intervals of a specific number of the warps 21 at intervals of a specific number of the warps 21 of fabric obtained by weaving the warps 21 and wefts 22 and 23.
