PURPOSE:To eliminate the vibration of a motor upon servo-locking or stopping the motor and prevent the generation of delay with respect to a speed command upon starting by a method wherein the speed of the motor is controlled by adding to the value of PWM output, which is operated by a speed control means, a correcting value in accordance with the rotating speed of the motor. CONSTITUTION:Under a condition that a motor is stopped or the speed of the motor is low, to the value of PWM output, which is operated in a speed control means 4 as a linear series, is added a compensating value in order to compensate the characteristics of the motor 1 itself, the characteristics of the power switching element of a driving means 5 and the static frictional torque of a load. Under a condition that the motor 1 is being rotated, a compensating value for compensating the dynamic frictional forque of the load is added. According to this method, the motor may be controlled so that vibration is eliminated upon servo-locking or stopping the same while the delay of speed with respect to a speed command will never be generated upon starting the same. |
