<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the blood pressure measurement with high precision by forming a positioning hole by inserting a pressurized air introducing pipe for a kerf from inside to outside, onto an annular case. CONSTITUTION:An arm at a blood pressure measurement position is inserted into an arm band case 24 from the direction of arrow A, and the artery vein of an arm is set oppositely under a microphone M. Then, the pressurized air is introduced into the inside and outside introducing spaces S1 and S2 through the first and second introducing pipes 22a and 22b, and the korotkoff sound in the artery vein is detected by the microphone M, pressing the arm. Since at this time, the introducing pipes 22a and 22b are installed onto the outside surface of a kerf 21, and the introducing pipes 22a and 22b are positioned at the positioning holes 24a and 24b of the arm band case 24, the shift of the kerf 21 due to the insertion and pulling-out of the arm is prevented. Further, since the bulging-out of the kerf 21 is suppressed at the part P8 which is separated by a prescribed distance from the installation position of the microphone M, the microphone M is positioned always at a proper bulging-out part of the kerf 21, and closely attached onto the artery vein of the arm.</p> |
