摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a cushioning body superior in shape retention, by a method wherein a nonwoven fabric sheet having a specific quantity of basis weight and a thickness is arranged on the inside of a top force having a deaeration hole and a foaming stock solution is foamed so that the foaming stock solution is infiltrated in large quantities into the nonwoven fabric sheet positioning at the deaeration hole. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven fabric sheet whose basis weight and thickness are respectively 200-600g/m<2> and 3-8mm is set up to the inside of a top force having a deaeration hole whose diameter is 0.5-1.7mm. A foaming stock solution is cast into a mold under a state where the top force is clamped down to a bottom force, foamed and the foaming stock solution is infiltrated into the nonwoven fabric sheet positioning at the deaeration hole up to at least 50% of the thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet. In this instance, when the basis weight and thickness are respectively less than 200g/m<2> and 3mm, aimed high rigidity is not obtained and when they are respectively less than 600g/m<2> and exceeds 8mm, the foaming stock solution is hard to infiltrate into the nonwoven fabric sheet. Then when the diameter hole is less than 0.5mm, the foaming stock solution does not infiltrate sufficiently into the nonwoven fabric sheet and when the diameter exceeds 1.7mm, at the time of fleeing of gas through the deaeration hole, the foaming stock solution also flees outside.
