CONTROL SIGNAL RECORDING METHOD AND ITS APPARATUS FOR DAT

The method is for recording the control signal on the option band of the digital audio tape (DAT). The method comprises: (a) detecting the writing signal from a voice track (2); (b) amplifying the detected signal; (c) transforming the amplified signal to the antinoise control signal; (d) recording the control signal on the option band (3) of the tape (1). The recorded signal on the option band is useful for finding out the present position or music with high speed.
