PURPOSE:To mold integrally and easily a resin made fan by opening a fixed template and a movable template, separating a split mold toward the outside of blade dies, separating each of the blade insert dies, also separating a movable support plate from the movable template and releasing a molded product adhering to the movable support plate. CONSTITUTION:A resin fan 12 is injection molded by using a mold for fan molding. A movable template 21 and a first and a second support plates 30 and 31 are opened by the given distance to move freely respective splits molds 41 pressed by a tilted plate 48, and a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 44 is moved forward, while respective split molds 41 are moved downward obliquely in compliance with the inclination of an inclined pin 47 and separated from both of a fixed template 20 and the movable template 21, and the space between respective split molds 41 are opened in the state of being connected with a connecting pin 43. As a guide plate 50 and the split mold 41 mounted on both end surfaces of a blade insert die 37 are connected with a boss hole 47 and a retaining tool 58 to be able to keep the given separation distance, the balde insert die is separated from both of the fixed template 20 and the movable template 21 following the movement of the split mold 41. |
