PURPOSE:To upgrade the function as an extrusion molding machine and provide kneading performance by interlocking one disk with a screw and pivoting relativelatively and freely to the other disk and constituting a grinding and kneading mechanism for providing kneading action to a material to be treated passing through pores by means of a couple of disks. CONSTITUTION:A first grind and kneading mechanism 2 is provided on a transfer terminal of an upper stage screw 3 and a second grinding and kneading mechanism 7 of the same structure as the first grinding and kneading mechanism 2 is provided in the middle of a lower stage screw 6. The grinding and kneading mechanism 7 is rotated together with the screw 6 and provided with a rotating disk B having a number of pores and the disk 11 having a number of pores fixingly disposed. A material to be treated to be fed into a storage section 1 is transferred by a screw 3, kneaded in the first grinding and kneading mechanism 2 and dropped to a storage section 4. The material to be treated is aerated in the storage section 4 of a vacuum chamber, transferred by a front screw in the lower stage, kneaded in the second grinding and kneading mechanism 7, passed a fixed porous plate 15 and molded into a continuous body of the given section shape by a molding die 5. |
