PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the tape tension before and after an unseal tape seal device within a specified figure, by transferring the film belt so that the tensions generated of the respective film belts become states of positive and negative relation of the swing motion of a dancer-roller. CONSTITUTION:A roller 3 at the upper side of a dancer roller 1 is arranged between rollers 12, 13. A film belt 8 moves downward from the uppermost roller 12 and moves reversely at the roller 3 and passes through the roller 13 at a little upper position of the roller 3 and further moves downward vertically via a roller 14. The film belt 8 passed through the roller 14 is conducted to an unseal tape sealer 17, guided by rollers 15, 16. On the other hand, a roller 4 at the lower position of the dancer roller 1 is positioned between a roller 18 arranged downward from the roller 4 and a roller 19. A film belt A' fed from the unseal tape sealer 17 is reversed in the running direction by the roller 4 to move to the roller 19 side. That is to say, the roller 3 and the roller 4 receive the tension of the film belt A, A' from the respective reverse directions.
