PURPOSE:To uniformize the thickness of an insulative coating film, and improve the quality of a finished product, by a method wherein, after the outer peripheral surface of a metal wire is covered with an insulative coating film by attaching and stoving insulative resin of low viscosity, the same material insulative resin of high viscosity is attached and stoved from above said insulative coating film. CONSTITUTION:A resin vessel 5 is divided by a diaphragm 51, and a first vessel 52 storing insulative resin 41 to be attached only to a metal wire 1 of first raw material wire A, and a second vessel 53 storing insulative resin 42 to be attached to the next semifinished product wire B are provided. The viscosity of the insulative resin 41 stored in the first vessel 52 is low (about 3-5cp). The insulative resin 42 stored in the second vessel 53 has the same quality as the insulative resin 41 stored in the first vessel 52, and the viscosity is high (about 6-20cp). By spreading the resin two times in this manner, finished product wire C wherein the thickness of a formed insulative coating film 2 is uniform and very thick can be obtained. |
