<p>PURPOSE:To reverse current flow on route to neutralize mangnetic fluxes with each other for decreasing self-inductance of a resistor by cutting two spiral grooves so that their directions are reversed at the center of the groove. CONSTITUTION:At both ends of a resistor element wherein a carbon film, a metallic film or a metal oxide film is formed on the outer peripheral of an insulator made of a cylindrical insulating material, cap-like terminals 3 are mounted and spiral grooves are cut on a resistor film wherein the directions of the grooves are reversed at the center. With power supplied to such a structure, currents (i) flow in reverse directions to each other due to the groove directions to have fluxes neutralized with each other thereby realizing a film resistor without inductance.</p> |
