<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture composite synthetic resin by subjecting various smashed mixture of synthetic resin to decomposition oxidation-reduction reaction by use of decomposition gas generated from mechanical effect by a fixed heat disc, slide-rotating impeller and rotating disc mechanism, and various synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Smashed various synthetic resin wastes are inputted into a hopper 22, and then sent to a recessed groove 3 wherein by the actuation of a rotating disc 8, a kneading impeller 16 scoops up the synthetic resin wastes and carries them toward a cavity groove 10. At that time, by the heat of a band heater 6 and drive of the rotating disc 8, the mixed synthetic resin is melted, and becomes a melting period state so that decomposition gas is generated. The generated gas or the like is introduced to the cavity groove 10, and thus thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin are facilitated in its composite synthesis, and then pushed out by means of a delivery screw 9. The synthetic resin wastes are melted, and without discharging harmful gas in the outside air, the essence of other synthetic resin is decomposed by decomposition gas generated by dissolution and heat decomposition, thus synthetic resin wastes are compositely fused effectively and securely.</p> |
