PURPOSE:To heat uniformly the inside, and curing the concrete product in a short time without the occurrence of cracks by pouring a fluidizing state concrete into mold frames and carrying out pre-curing therefor, and applying electromagnetic waves in the far infrared ray region of a specific wave length from the upper part of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:Mold frames 4 are washed and then applied with a separating material, and a fluidized state concrete is poured thereinto. The mold frames 4 are vibrated by a vibrator so as to compact the concrete and remove air bubbles therefrom, thereafter, pre-curing is conducted for a predetermined time. As a conveyor 2 is driven, concrete plates 6 pass through under bank of infrared ray heaters 5 in order to be irradiated by electromagnetic waves in an infrared ray region of from 2.5mm micrometers to 20 micrometers in its wave length. For instance, the heating in a curing bath 3 is so set that the temperature in a furnace will become 80 degrees centigrade which is the highest heating temperature. After the hating through the highest heating temperature, the mold frames 4 are transported out of the curing bath 3 and brush finish is performed for the concrete plates 6, after that, the concrete plates 6 are natural-cured by the natural radiation. |
