PURPOSE: To wrap cylindrical sweets without using a complicated and high cost drum by feeding a wrapping material of given length for almost closing an inlet of a storage section constituted partially of idle rollers, also feeding a wrapping material together with cylindrical products into the storage section and using a fixed bending plate working together with the storage section. CONSTITUTION: A storage section 9 of a carrying means 3 is disposed in the fop of crossing its moving direction 12 and provided with a side face inlet 18 and constituted of idle rollers 21 and 22 rotating a shaft vertically to the moving direction 12 as its center. Wrapping material sections 16 formed by cutting a wrapping material strip 14 into the given length are so fed as to almost close an inlet 8 and held thereon. When a cylindrical product 2 is fitted into the storage section 9, intermediate sections 17 of the wrapping material sections 16 are folded into the U-shape by the product 2 and the rollers 21 and 22. The product 2 is fed forward until the peripheral section of the product is engaged with a rotating face 41 of a fixed bending plate 42, and the product 2 is rotated on the inner side of the storage section 9 and the wrapping material sections 16 are wound around completely.
