PURPOSE:To ensure the communication based on the history at the time of deteriorating in a steep electric field strength by setting an electric field strength level representing a strong electric field and an electric field strength level representing a weak electric field, and providing plural talking holding timers or the like. CONSTITUTION:An automatic telephone set integrates and measures an electric field strength for each unit time 21 at which the electric field strength is measured and judged. As a result, when it is discriminated that the level reaches an electric field strength level 19 representing a strong electric field, the result of judgment is used and when it is judged that the level reaches the level 19 continuously for n-times in the past, a talking holding A timer is restarted. When it is judged that the level 19 is within a range of a weak electric field strength level 20, a talking holding B timer is restarted. As the judgment of end of talking, it is judged by the OR condition between A and B timers. Thus, even when a steep electric field strength is deteriorated, the state is judged based on the history of the electric field strength to hold the talking. |
