<p>PURPOSE:To control a capstan motor in a wide range including an extremely slow speed by equipping the subject device with a compensation filter means to strengthen a high frequency component of a 2nd digital value and a driving means for driving the capstan motor in accordance with an output signal of the compensation filter means. CONSTITUTION:A digital value corresponding to a rotation of the capstan motor 504 is accurately and rapidly detected by a rotation detector 203, whereas a feedback loop is provided in order to make the digital value of the rotation detector 203 coincide with a digital command value. Then, a phase difference between a reference signal and a control signal is accurately detected by a phase detector 206, and a digital value of a cumulative filter means is corrected in accordance with the phase difference. By this method, since the capstan motor 504 is so controlled that the reference signal and the control signal are synchronized in phase with each other, and is particularly controlled by a close loop control, the control in the wide range including an extremely slow speed is feasible.</p> |
