<p>PURPOSE:To obtain required data for the processing unit and product by collecting data corresponding to process state items when an operator display terminal detects the designation of the process state items. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 3 reads each fault state choice data registered in advance from a disk device 4, supplies the data to the operator display terminal 8 to display a message to process state items 17a-17n. Then a part with a message corresponding to the content judged to be faulty displayed among messages is depressed by a finger. Then a position detector 14 detects it and generates position data representing the position of the depressed part and supplies it to the CPU 3. The CPU 3 stores the state signal of the processing unit 10 obtained this time, the process state signal of a product 11, the content of the fault state designated by the position data and the time of the position data or the like outputted from the terminal 8 as fault data to the disk device 4.</p> |
