<p>PURPOSE: To apply complementary packing for packing a buffer at an encoder side by identifying the address of a package on a receiving bus, and transmitting information to a bus corresponding to a transmission bus. CONSTITUTION: When a video input IV (1) is inputted to an interface IF (2), it is divided into data on N pieces of buses. In the case of a bus 1I (3), the data are inputted to a block DC (4), and an output U (5) compiled with words in a time inconstant speed is generated. Fixed length words are stored in a buffer memory B (6), and extracted by a synthetic UB' (7), and multiplied by words from the other (N-1) pieces of buses by a multiplexer MUX (8).</p> |
