PURPOSE:To improve a seat feel and surface touch and to join 1st and 2nd cushion members without using a costly hot melt sheet by setting the 1st cushion member onto the upper mold of expansion forming molds in the state of maintaining the shape thereof by utilizing the elastic force of a molded resin felt layer having air permeabil ity, then discharging foaming gases, air, etc., from vent holes at the time of the expan sion molding of the 2nd cushion member. CONSTITUTION:This cushion pad is formed of the 1st cushion member 12 which is formed of a synthetic resin material and has the air permeability the good surface touch and the 1st cushioning property the 2nd cushion member 13 which is expansion- molded from the expandable synthetic resin laminated on the rear surface side of the 1st cushion member 12 and has the 2nd cusuioning property different from the 1st cushioning property of the 1st cushion member 12, and the resin felt layer 15 positioned between the 1st and 2nd cushion members 12 and 13. The resin felt layer 15 and the 2nd cushion member 13 are integrally molded at the time when the 2nd cushion member 13 is expansion molded from a stock soln. 13' of the expandable synthetic resin.
