The invention relates to a method for making groups of modules, small modules and label holders that may be set in line or otherwise and are joined together by an invisible instant fastening system. The slight tilt of the sides 1 of the modules and 7 of the small modules enables any document placed therein to be held by simple gravity. At its back, this module comprises lugs 4 which fit into hoops 5 of material provided by the concealed part of the bent edge 3 which forms the front part of the preceding module. The small modules have hooks 9 at the front of and underneath their shortest part 8 which engage in seats 10 formed towards the front of the intermediate part 2 of the modules. These seats 10 may be omitted if small modules are not being used, either by not cutting these holes 10 if the module is of folded sheet, or by changing in the mould the removable parts that create them if the module is moulded. The label holders are provided at their rear with the same number of the kind of lugs II as those of the modules, which lugs II fit into the hoops 5 of the preceding module. These various components, which are very easy to handle, are of great use in the storage, filing and archiving of documents, books, etc. placed on shelves. <IMAGE>
