<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet with remarkably corrugated reliefs by a method wherein a synthetic resin layer containing the 1st foaming agent is coated with a synthetic resin layer containing the 2nd foaming agent and the surface layer is expanded by hollow core parts due to expansion of the 1st resin layer. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a base 1 a synthetic resin layer 2 containing the 1st foaming agent is provided in the foam of a pattern, coated with the 2nd synthetic resin layer 3 containing the 2nd foaming agent having a decomposing temperatuer higher than that of the foaming agent and then heated and expanded to provide a primary relief. Subsequently, after the whole body is preheated and softened, the surface layer that is a foamed layer of the 2nd resin is expanded by hollow core parts 4 showing foamed traces of the 1st resin layer 2 on condition that the 2nd resin layer 3 is sealed still hermetrically. In this manner, decorative foam material provided with remarkably corrugated reliefs and capable of representing a double relief is obtained.</p> |
