PURPOSE:To obtain a waveform generator with simple constitution by selecting either one piece of waveform data passing through two routes and blanking the selected data with a clock. CONSTITUTION:A selection circuit 8 selects undelayed waveform generating data 7b1 and delayed waveform generating data 7b2, and when the setting of blanking timing is positioned on the first half of the period of waveform generating data, applies the undelayed waveform generating data 7b1 to a blanking circuit 9. When the setting of the blanking timing is positioned on the latter half of the waveform generating data, the delayed waveform generating data 7b2 are applied to the circuit 9. Thus, all the waveform generating data can be blanked. Since the waveform generator can be attained by the simple constitution, the constitution of an IC testing device can be simplified. |
