PURPOSE:To obtain such bending strength as the mat is not bent easily even if it is laid on the lower face having an uneven surface by forming the specific chevron shape female die and chevron shape male die on the opposed side faces of a slender plate body, respectively, and also, forming a unit plate-like body by engaging the female die and the male die, and sticking a sheet-like flexible material to the surface or the bottom face. CONSTITUTION:On both side faces 4, 5 of a slender plate-body 1, parts 8, 9 with a drum extending in the thickness direction vertically from the surface 3 or the bottom face 2 are formed, respectively, and also, by cutting one side face (4 or 5) of the plate body 1 along the oblique side 10 and 14 extending from the side end part 6 in the thickness direction of the part 8 with a drum to the center in the width W direction, a chevron shape female die is formed, and by notching the other side face 5 along the oblique sides 11, 15, respectively extending from the center side end part 7 in the thickness direction of the part 9 with a drum to the outside in the width W direction, a chevron shape male die is formed. Also, by engaging successively the female die and the male die, a unit plate-like body 1A is formed, and moreover, a sheet-like flexible material A is stuck to one of the surface 3 or the bottom face 2. This plate-like mat has bending strength of a degree that it is laid on the surface whose lower face is uneven and unstable out of doors and not broken easily even if a person gets thereon. |
