PURPOSE: To close and open a reduction valve as desired by engaging an interlocking member connected to driving units with a pull bar and providing a control unit, which is operated independently of the backpressure, to control the driving units. CONSTITUTION: An interlocking member 33 connected to driving units 3, 27, and 32 which are operated in the closing direction is engaged with a pull bar 16, and a control unit 30 operated independently of the backpressure is provided to control the driving units 3, 27, and 32. Driving units 3, 27, and 32 are constituted as a pressure chamber 3 provided with a mobile wall part 32, and the interlocking member 33 is fixed to this wall part 32, and the pressure chamber 3 is connected to a gas source 31 through the control unit 30 and a control pressure conduit 29. Thus, the decompression device is cut off any time in accordance with the control of driving units. |
