PURPOSE:To obtain the pickup coil of good precision by forming a differential type pickup coil by arranging spatially plural sheets of common supporting plates on which plural coils are manufactured on a flat surface/curved surface, and connecting them to each other by superconductive wire. CONSTITUTION:A coil base board 1 is constituted by forming one coil on non- magnetic substance by using a thin film, and a small hole 3 for positioning is bored at the center of this base board 1. On the common supporting plate 2, plural sheets of the base boards 1 are arranged, or plural coils are vacuum- deposited directly. In the case where the base board 1 is arranged, the base board 1 is arranged by making the hole 3 at the center part of the base board 1 and the small hole 4 of the supporting plate 2 coincide with each other. The superconductive wire 5 connects the coils arranged on the supporting plate 2 to each other, and forms the differential type pickup coil. A supporting structure 7 is used for arranging plural supporting plates 2 in parallel with each other. |
