PURPOSE:To prepare an oil-contg. polyacetal resin compsn. excellent in the injection molding stability, molded surface skin, and friction and abrasion properties by compounding a polyacetal resin, a specific tetrafluoroethylene resin, and an ester oil each in a specified amt. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin (e.g. Polyplastic Co.'s POM) is compounded with 3-25 pts.wt. powdered tetrafluoroethylene resin which is obtd. by heat-treating a molding-grade tetrafluoroethylene resin powder at 300 deg.C or higher and then pulverizing the heat-treated resin powder again, and 2-10 pts.wt. ester oil (e.g. Nippon Oil and Fat Co.'s Unistar H). |
