A water reservoir for hydrotherapy, which has a base (3) and several side walls (2) formed of plates (1) of a transparent material, typically acrylic resin. Sealing between the walls (2) and the floor (3) is achieved by a plastic film (4). Further sealing is realized if the sidewalls (2) have a film of plastic on the inside which has transparent areas and is welded to the film (4) on the floor (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - Sealing of water reservoirs used in hydrotherapy for patient rehabilitation. Allows a relatively inexpensive reservoir to be built in small areas.
