In-situ concreter as lining system for tunnels or galleries in stressed rock, embodies lost shuttering plates acting subsequently as reinforcement together with H-shaped assembly arches which are applied to the preconcreted tunnel lining right up to the face where the arches serve as supports for the shield cutters. The cutters can adjust crossways on the outer flanges of the arches which have formwork at their endface towards the tunnel lining supported on the inner flanges of the arches. The arches have a height viewed in section which equals the thickness of the lining. The endface formwork should be carried on the stay of the H arch member in the form of a frontal box structure locked onto the outer flange of the arch, the forward/endwall of the box being roof shaped to close off the lining space within the formwork. A space is left pref. between the base of the formwork box and the inner flange of the arch.
|
