摘要 PURPOSE:To relieve thermal stress under high temp. operation and enhance the reliability by installing three solid layers consisting of a pair of electrode reaction parts and an electrolyte part pinched thereby, and furnishing a hybrid layer at either of the interfaces between the three solid layers, wherein the mixture layer consists of the material of the two solid layers in contact with the relevant interface. CONSTITUTION:A hybrid layer 101 interposed between a substrate 15 made of alumina and an electrolytic layer 11 made of YSZ consists of a mixture of zirconia and alumina-basis ceramic, wherein the share of this alumina-basis ceramic is larger in the part contacting the substrate 15 while the share of zirconia is higher as approaching the electrolytic layer 11. Another hybrid layer 102 interposed between the same substrate 15 and a fuel electrode layer 12 consisting of Ni and YSZ thermet is made of three components as Ni zirconia and alumina-basis ceramic, wherein the share of alumina-basis ceramic becomes higher as approaching the substrate 15. A third hybrid layer 103 interposed between the substrate 15 and an intermediate connection layer 14 made of Ni consists of the components of this layer 14 and alumina-basis ceramic.
