The wave velocity shows a velocity dispersion in the substrate. At the left and right end section of the substrate is a pair of input converters, while an output control electrode is formed between the input converters. The latter are formed by a number of converter pairs, arranged behind each other in a direction orthogonal to the propagation direction of the acoustic surface waves. - Each input converter pair consists of interdigitated electrodes (5a,a',b,b',c,c') with uniform spacing. The electrode spacing of different pairs is different, and the converter pairs are coupled in parallel. The spacing between different converter pairs is variable.
