PURPOSE:To obtain a drug composition having anti-peptic ulcer effects and excellent stability free from side effects, containing a specific amide derivative, oil and tocopherol, etc. CONSTITUTION:A drug composition containing an amide derivative [e.g. N,N'-bis(2-undecenoyl)cystamine] by linking a sulfur-containing amine (e.g. cysteine, cysteamine or cystamine) to 4-18C unsaturated 2unsaturated fatty acid (e.g. 2-octenoic acid, 2-decenoic acid or undecenoic acid) by amide bond, an oil (e.g. soybean oil, corn oil or middle-chain fatty acid triglyceride) and tocopherol or butylhydroxytoluene. The blending ratio of the derivative and the oil is 10-900mg/ml, preferably 100-600mg/ml adjusted by preparation. |
