PURPOSE:To make a pallet to be fitted in a feed groove with a follower pin feedable intermittently, by installing an optical helix angled lead part and a symmetrical pair of roller cams having the groove of an idle part in a helix angle of zero. CONSTITUTION:A lead part 9 having a large helix angle and a feed groove 8 having idle parts 10, 11 and 12 in a helix angle of zero at the center and both ends are symmetrically installed in in a roller cam 7 for longitudinal feed, by they rotate in the opposite direction with each other via a driving shaft 21 from a motor 24. Both follower pin (b) and (d) projectingly installed in a lower source of a pallet (a) are fitted in this groove 8 and fed to an arrow direction in an outward passage A, then stopped for a given period of time at idle parts 11, 10 and 12. When it reaches a terminal C, follower pins (c), (b) and (d) are shifted to an idle part 18 of a feed groove 16 of a roller cam 15 in a return passage B by way of feed grooves 37, 35, 43 and 41 of crossfeed roller cams 33 and 39, returned to a start end D along a lead part 17 having a small helix angle, and as in the terminal they are shifted to the roller cam 7 in the outward passage. |
