PURPOSE:To surely detect data from a slave set by devising a telephone system such that a master set sets a detection time interval in response to the number of slave sets be called after data transmission for the callout at the callout from the master set and a slave set replies the call in time division in response to its own identification signal and the call data. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming signal comes though a telephone circuit, a master set sends a call data including the slave set number of each slave set to all slave sets or slave of a specific constant number at a time t1. In receiving a call data, a slave set decides whether or not the call is given to itself based on its own slave set number stored in a memory section 40 and a data signal from a MODEM 12', sets a reply timing based on number of slave sets included in the callout data and to be called and the transmission order, applies MSK modulation to the reply data for the transmission. The master set sets a setting value N and designates a range of the change in the address counter after the transmission of the callout data and detects the reply data from the slave set. |
