PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient torque and take a rotating force out efficiently by a method wherein a moving member is formed so as to have a hollow structure while a contacting part with the frictional sliding surface of a shaft and a supporting part, contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft apart from the contacting part, are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hollow structure. CONSTITUTION:An AC voltage V1 is impressed between an electrode plate 5 and an oscillator 1 and another AC voltage V2 is impressed between the electrode plate 5 and a holder 2 while an oscillator A is oscillated by the composite oscillations of the expanding displacement oscillation of a piezo-electric element plate 3 and the expanding displacement oscillation of another piezo-electric element plate 4. The oscillator A is designed so that the position of the loop of rope jumping oscillation comes to the sliding position B of a horn member 1C of the oscillating body 1 of the oscillator A while the piezo-electric element plates 3, 4 are driven by the resonance frequency of the oscillator A. According to this method, a sufficient torque may be obtained in the oscillator A. |
