PURPOSE:To shorten machining cycle time by providing energy storage means for storing rotary energy or kinetic energy of a motor and a load as regenerative energy when the motor is decelerated. CONSTITUTION:A rotating speed of a motor 5 is input from a speed detector 13 connected to the motor 5 to a control circuit 6, and rotary kinetic energy of the motor 5 and a load is calculated by the speed. The circuit 6 is connected to detect a voltage across energy storage means 12, and storage energy stored in energy storage means 12 is calculated by the input voltage. The circuit 6 so controls a DC/DC converter 11 that the total sum of the kinetic energy of the motor and the load and the stored energy becomes substantially constant. |
