<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the erroneous mounting of an adjusting resistor as well as to cut down the period of correction of function by a method wherein the correction of function is conducted by connecting adjusting resistor circuits using a bonding wire. CONSTITUTION:The voltage and the like of an output terminal 2 is measured, the resistance values of adjusting resistor circuits 3 and 3 are adjusted and functional correction is conducted by changing the position of connection of a bonding wire 4 so that the voltage and the like of the certain fixed range can be outputted. Accordingly, since it is unnecessary to mount after selection of adjusting resistor, the generation of erroneous mounting of the adjusting resistor can be prevented. Also, as the correction of function can be conducted by simply connecting a bonding wire, the period of function correction can be cut down.</p> |
