<p>PURPOSE:To attain packet transmission by an existing data link even in increasing data link by synchronizing all data links including an data link increased by teansferring a timer packet. CONSTITUTION:A packet distribution section 1 distributes a packet to 1st-(n-1)th transmission adaptor 21-2n-1 with address information of the packet in a transfer data D, and makes transmission via the adaptors. When a n-th dat link 23n is extended, n-set of timer packet insert sections 211, 212,..., 21n insert link synchronization timer packets TP1, TP2,..., TPn to the packet. After the insertion of the timer packets, the packet distribution section 1 distributes the packet according to the distribution rule for n-set of data links 231, 232,..., 23n for the transmission. Since the order of transmission of the packets is preserved in this way, the extension of the data link 23n is attained.</p> |
