<p>Apparatus for production of 0.1-3 mm uniformly thick farinaceous dough sheets, comprising rollers (52, 53, 54), wedge-like sealer (56), inlet (55) and outlet (58). Positive hydrostatic pressure is maintained by adjusting the gap between adjacent rollers and/or the rotational speed of the rollers. For production of 2 sheets of dough simultaneously, a pair of rollers with a wedge-like sealer between them may be put adjacent and below rollers (52, 53).</p> |
