PURPOSE:To enhance heat transfer efficiency, by adding an organic silicon polymer having siloxane bonds as a main chain to a dielectric layer formed on a conductive substrate in a specified ratio of the silicon polymer/another resin. CONSTITUTION:An organic silicon polymer having a main chain composed of siloxane bonds (Si-O-Si) is added in 220-80% weight ratio of this polymer/another resin to the dielectric layer of an electrostatic recording layer consisting mainly of a resin formed on a conductive substrate. A silicone resin or a silicone rubber is used for this silicon polymer. It is effective for enhancement of flexibility to use a mixture of an acrylic or polyester resin, and use of an epoxy resin enhances durability. These resin is coated on a drumlike support or an endless belt having a dielectric layer on the conductive substrate, dried, and hardened, thus permitting this recording material to be rich in releasability, and to be enhanced in heat resistance, durability, and flexibility. |
