PURPOSE:To record on a film within a range where color balance can be corrected afterwards even when natural-light-photographing or flash- photographing is carried out by distinguishing between the use of film sensitivity information for controlling flash and the use of film sensitivity information for controlling natural light. CONSTITUTION:A film information part 2 outputs information on the film sensitivities which correspond with flash and natural light. An exposure arithmetic part 3 calculates an appropriate exposure in response to object brightness information from a metering part 1 and information from the film information part 2; a flash deciding part 4 decides whether flash-photographing is carried out or not, in response to an output from the exposure arithmetic part 3. A flash control part 5 controls quantity of flash light and exposure in response to outputs from the flash deciding part 4, the exposure arithmetic part 3, and a correction arithmetic part 6. An exposure control part 7 controls shutter and diaphragm based on an output from the correction arithmetic part 6 when flash-photographing is not carried out and on an output from the exposure arithmetic part 3 when flash-photographing is carried out. |
