<p>PURPOSE:To transfer and display a picture at high speed apparently by transferring a data being thinned so as to recognize rough image in the first half, and transferring the remaining part in the latter to display the entire data. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a central arithmetic processing unit CPU 1, a storage medium section 2, a random access memory RAM 3, a display control section 4 and a display section 5. When a data is displayed on a display screen while being read from a medium with a slow transfer rate, the interleaved data so as to recognize a rough image is transferred in the first half and the remaining data is transferred in the latter half to display the entire data. Thus, a rough picture is recognized till all the data are displayed and the picture display is apparently transferred, and displayed at high speed.</p> |
