PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus, having a main motor for drafting, further a controlling motor for changing bobbin revolution, sensor for rotation angle of a roller, data inputting means for calculating bobbin winding diameter, memorizing and calculating means and motor revolution controlling means and readily responsive to spinning conditions. CONSTITUTION:The objective roving winder constructed by providing a digital controlling motor (SM) capable of independently changing the revolution of a bobbin 15 separately from a main motor 1 for rotating and driving a drafting part 7, a sensor (PG1) for sensing the rotation angle of a front roller 8 in the drafting part 7 as digital values, an inputting means 106 for inputting data required to calculate at least the winding diameter of the bobbin 15, a memorizing means for the aforementioned data, a bobbin winding diameter calculating means 102 for calculating the bobbin winding diameter based on the above- mentioned data and a digital controlling means 100 for rotating and controlling the controlling motor (SM) so as to provide a proper rotation angle of the bobbin corresponding to the rotation angle of the front roller according to the aforementioned bobbin winding diameter. |
