<p>This is a toy and instructional apparatus which includes a hollow blow tube (10) having light weight elements (11) normally confined therewithin and connected to each other by flexible attachment means (12) with the flexible attachment means being anchored to the tube by a post (15) to suspend the elements from the tube when the same are discharged therefrom by blowing into the inlet end (10a) of the tube and including cap means (16) for retaining the elements within the tube when not in use. The apparatus can also be used to relieve tension or anger of the user.</p> |
