Collecting container for recyclable waste materials - has horizontal bead half-way up round container for easier handling by collecting vehicle

The collecting container for recyclable waste materials such as paper has a rectangular base with conically upwardly expanding walls. A horizontal bead (3) with U-shaped cross-section is provided on the outside in the middle of the container on all walls (2) whereby the arms (4) of the bead are attached to the wall. Each bead (3) has in the middle of the container (1) a support opening (5) whilst the base (10) is designed so that it can be raised a restricted amount by a collecting vehicle. Each bead pref. extends over the entire width of the container. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cartons etc. can be stored in the refuse container which is easy to empty without danger of the refuse becoming jammed.
