PURPOSE:To obtain a sterilizing facility free from danger of recontamination of sterilized material during a processing process, consisting of a sterilizing part to sterilize a material to be treated, a transporting part of the sterilized material after sterilization, a sterile operation part of operation space and a sterile takeoff part. CONSTITUTION:A material to be sterilized fed 22 to a sterilizing chamber 21 of a sterilizing part 20 is sterilized and sent 23 to sterile space A of a sterilized transporting part 30 maintained in an approximately sterilized environment by a germicidal light 60 and a filter 61. Then the sterilized material is transferred from transporting space 31 to operation space 41 of the sterile operation part 40. Then the sterilized material in the space 41 is moved to a takeoff space 51. During the operations, a circulating fan 62 and a suction fan 63 are constantly operated, circulating air is sterilized by the filter 61 and the space 51 is kept in an approximately sterile state. Then a takeoff door 53 is opened and closed in a closed state of a middle door 52 and the sterilized material is taken out from the space 51 to a semisterile chamber 10. |
