LAMINATED SHEET FOR ELECTRIC APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the surface roughness of a laminated sheet for electric apparatus by laminating a laminate composed of a resin layer applied metal foil whose resin layer is arranged inside to the upper or under surface of a required number of prepregs through a cured resin layer having a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:A filler such as calcium carbonate is added to resin varnish composed of a phenol resin or an unsaturated polyester resin. A base material such as a fabric composed of an inorg. fiber such as a glass fiber or an org. synthetic resin fiber such as a polyester fiber is impregnated with the aforemented resin varnish so that the wt. thereof after drying becomes about 40 - 60wt.% and dried to prepare a prepreg. A laminate composed of a resin layer applied metal foil whose resin layer is arranged inside is laminated to the upper surface and/or under surface of a required number of the aforementioned prepregs through a cured resin layer having a thickness of 10mum. Subsequently, the aforementioned laminate is integrated under heating and pressure to obtain a laminated sheet for electric apparatus.
