A compound of formula (I): <CHEM> or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof, wherein: R represents an alkyl group; R<o> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a benzyl group or an alkanoyl group; and X represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; a process for preparing such a compound, a pharmaceutical composition for preparing such a compound and the use of such compounds and compositions in medicine.
